The Strategic Portfolio Management & Value creation Lead will assume the overarching responsibility for leadership for overseeing, managing and optimizing the entire life cycle of technology investments (product groups, assets, suppliers, talent, projects, programs and innovation initiatives) to maximize value delivery and value for money.
The role provides a consolidated view of product management portfolio strategy, investment and timeline and provides/escalates data and advice around the optimized mix among the various types of investments to achieve business objectives.

Key Outputs

  • Product and Platform Portfolio - Apply external and internal factors to portfolio consistency formulation and development
  • Agile Project validation: Lead the agile Intake to delivery process and coordinate quarterly PI Planning.
  • Product and platform performance and value analytics - Provide independent measurement (as automated as possible) dashboards and the analytics to Product Managers and Heads of Platforms that will improve decisions on their strategy, vision, value delivery plan, value or adoption strategy. Leverage segmentation to ensure that performance is managed at the right leve
  • Enterprise-wide awareness - Provides visibility and transparency to key stakeholders in the enterprise to the portfolio value and plans. Champion technology portfolio (product groups, assets, suppliers, talent and investments) goals and objectives enterprise-wide
  • Strategy alignment - Make decisions and recommendations for the portfolios that are clearly linked to technology strategy, objectives and goals, reflecting an awareness of external dynamics
  • Architecture alignment - Maintain an up-to-date product and platform portfolio structure and plans that meet the enterprise architecture and needs of the organization
  • Communication & reporting - Direct the development and maintenance of communications and reporting around the portfolios, their contents and the individual performance of initiatives to stakeholders and/or governance boards
  • Artifacts - Direct the creation and maintenance of the required portfolio documentation and artifacts.

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in a relevant course of studies (or Equivalent)
  • Sr experience (+ 8years) in Team management, communication with Key executives in large corporations,, Agile methodologies (PI Planning, Agile delivery,... ).
  • Having led Portfolio management in large organisations.
  • Experience in value management is highly recommended.
