For our Power System division, we are looking for a Strategy & Marketing Manager who works for the region of Belgium & The Netherlands. This position can be based in Uccle or Hoofddorp.

Your meaningful purpose

You will lead innovative and business growth proposals. More to that, you will define marketing strategies for demand creation, lead generation, and strengthen customer engagement with our brand. Finally, you will lead a cluster team with members based in Belgium and in the Netherlands.

Your Daily Task And Responsibilities

  • Lead long term strategic marketing studies.
  • Define an overall solution go-to-market vision, positioning and messaging, formalize it according to the scope of responsibilities.
  • Communicate the strategy for deployment
  • Product/brand marketing (conducting research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior)
  • Develop product/brand positioning, that aligns with target customer demographics,
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies/plans and overseeing development and distribution of marketing materials Product/Brand Management (P&L/Revenue Accountability)
  • Identify market opportunities
  • Translate opportunities into product design, and driving branding/marketing strategies that result in a successful product/brand launch
  • Lead a cluster team

Who You Are

  • University degree Strategic Marketing, Business Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferable 8 years relevant experience in product/brand marketing
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding of a client’s business.
  • You are fluent in English with a native level of French and/or Dutch
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and being computer literate
  • Good understanding of Schneider Electric and Power Systems products.
  • A people manager at heart
  • An entrepreneur who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
  • Preferably based close to your assigned region.
  • Willingness to travel on business to the other country.
  • Ability to influence others and to build strong business networks up to VP level
  • Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work in international teams
