Our client is a Heavy machinery manufacturer, especially for earthmoving equipment.

The mission is to meet customers’ demands (inter-companies) through processing work orders, active communication, monitoring production results, and applying a reliable, transparent, and efficient supply plan. The main challenge is to achieve an efficient supply chain with maximum material availability and minimal costs. As a Supply Chain Planner, you are also involved in continuously developing operational processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Daily input of operational data into SAPOptimization of SKD & CKD stock
  • Execution of dedicated daily and monthly closing activities
  • Creation of reports
  • Active communication with customers and third parties
  • Support to the production manager
  • Data management in SAP
  • Participation in process improvement activities
  • Proactive participation in Inventory Management
  • Analysis of the work order process
  • Analysis of third-party cost factors
  • Stock counting

Education and Qualification

  • Business Administration or SCM - Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge and Skill
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (knowledge of Korean is an advantage, not mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of customer requirements and market development
  • Basic knowledge of heavy equipment is preferred
  • SAP or ERP system
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Analytical skills and financial knowledge
