General Description

Katoen Natie develops and delivers smarter logistics and engineering solutions, tailored to each customer’s specific situation. Our services range from offering warehousing solutions to designing, building and operating of on-site and multi-customer platforms.

BU Supply Chain Engineering is specialized in designing, engineering, purchasing and construction of those logistic terminals and semi-industrial processing facilities. For our office in Kallo, we are seeking a support administrator.

Job Description

The support administrator will be part of a multi-disciplined team of experienced and highly motivated colleagues. Your job would mainly consist of following items.

Project administration

  • Archiving and follow-up of scope documents, approvals, hand-over documents
  • Follow-up of final as-built drawings and technical files
  • Follow-up of permits and KI registration

Follow-up of concession agreements

First line support for Oracle ERP package and project management system

Support for BU controller

  • Archiving and follow-up guarantees
  • Support monthly cash forecast
  • Support administration/creation projects

Office support

  • Reception of visitors
  • Handle mail, order office materials
  • Maintain website and picture archive

Your profile

  • Administrative/technical degree or equal by experience
  • Work analytically, detail-oriented and are capable of seeing the big picture
  • Motivated, proactive, energetic and good “project team player” with a high professional ethic but able to work independently
  • Perform well under pressure in a dynamic, target oriented and challenging project environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of accounting is a plus
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
  • Willing to start work on short notice
