Join the TCS Europe Sustainability Group as a Sustainability Intern (Europe) to not only enable TCS and Customer’s Sustainability Journeys but to also advance your own passion!

Role:

• Support advancement of selected objectives of the strategy for corporate as well

as business sustainability

• Lead administrative tasks of TCS Europe Sustainability programs

• Work with local sustainability councils across TCS Europe to support the

advancement their initiatives

• PMO activities (including executive program reporting)

• Collect information and highlights of internal projects and initiatives

• Improve internal communication, training and awareness for sustainability

• Focal point for customer requests, formulates response in coordination with

relevant corporate departments

• Support the improvement of ESG rating schemes and certifications

• Monitor EU evolution of EU policy framework, informs sustainability working

groups and impacted business groups.

• Support EU Affairs activities related to sustainability (e.g. public consultations)

• Support the development of ecosystems for sustainability with customers,

partners and other stakeholders.

Required Knowledge:

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably with a focus on

sustainability

• Basic knowledge and enthusiasm for the field of corporate sustainability

• First work experience through internships or previous jobs

• Preferably first exposure to corporate sustainability or the EU legislative

framework in academia, extracurricular organizations, or internships

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint,

Word)

• Structured and independent way of working

• Good communicator

• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

at the same time

• Open to an international working environment with distributed teams

• Interest in digital technologies

• International experience (semester abroad or work experience) is a plus

• Business fluent in English
