For one of our clients, Talencia is looking for a Project Manager.

Duration: 1 year++ (extension)

Description

  • IT Project Management: guarding scope - resources - planning - risks - quality - budget
  • Point of contact for IT policy (functional/technical) and interaction with business project leader and implementation project leaders for IT matters.
  • Alignment with IT Management: gap analysis and control degree of standardization
  • Coordination of the implementation of the new tool by ICT, link with programme management
  • Assessing and co-validating the solution of the implementation partner in terms of IT architecture, sustainability of the solution, cost price, integrability with current legacy software, security, infrastructure (e.g. solution blueprint validation, architecture & interfacing Blueprint validation)
  • Coordination of data migration activities, including data cleansing and mapping of requirements to data migration
  • Coaching and validating Data Registry role in building the Master Data Management to ensure data quality during the operational phase.
  • Elaborate roles, rights and responsibilities in terms of data management and use of software. Organize and elaborate GAT / FAT (user acceptance tests and functional acceptance tests) in collaboration with implementation manager
  • Checking and validating that the delivered software is ready for authorization, this means: the technical documentation is described, aftercare and support is provided and operational, the software life cycle is documented, there is a signed agreement.
  • Set up integration testing including end-to-end testing with satellite applications
  • Setting up business acceptance tests - test scenarios - test execution and reporting
  • Completion of the project reporting document
  • Organize steering committee meetings
Profile

You have at least 5years of experience as Project Manager.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent motivational ability
You speak NL, EN and FR is a plus
You are solution oriented.
