Purpose of the role:
You serve as brand ambassadors for all talent applications. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting and talent acquisition process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience and a truthful value insight in our company. Role & responsibilities:

- Search and match qualified candidates in line with job description and request from business stakeholders, through company database, social media channels, job boards and other resources;
- Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs;

- Review’s employment applications and background check reports
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, corporate environment, employment offers;

- Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.);
- Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone/Video (Teams);

- Coordination of candidate interviews with the business stakeholders in line with recruitment policy and using the talent acquisition recruitment tool;
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;

- CV verification, guidance assessment requirements and reference checks;

- Interview preparation at each stage and preview with business stakeholders when needed;

- Talent acquisition process is installed in collaboration with HR team members, HR Business Partners and Payroll Officer.

- Proactive pool management for strategic profiles;

- Follow up actions with candidates, regarding the results of their interviews;

- Outline employer branding initiatives in line with company expectations;
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies;
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities;
- Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges;
Profile: Knowledge & experience:
- Master background / Bachelor / Equivalent with experience
Previous working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 5 to 7 year(s)
MA degree in Human resources or similar relevant field
Knowledge in the job & competences needed:
In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System(s)
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Dutch, French and English - strong communication skills both written and verbal
Impactful presentation style
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
A positive, “can do” attitude
