We’re looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. A career in Human Resources will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.

You will focus on engaging the most qualified experienced candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.

What you’ll learn and do

As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you’ll:

• Manage the full cycle of headhunting & sourcing : identifying, searching, interviewing and assessing candidates. You follow them up throughout the whole process to the negotiation of offers.

• As a business partner, you will advise your internal clients on the best talents and put together an action plan to fulfill the recruitment strategy.

• Continuously improving, you’ll be a Change Agent within your line of service by focusing on optimal balance between talent acquisition and retention.

• Drive proactive sourcing initiatives to attract candidates.

• Build an extensive pipeline & network of key talent, in highly demanded profiles and niche/experts. War of talents is going strong and your main goal is to remain competitive and always have a step ahead.

• Your HR appetite has no limit: you will be involved in projects such as internal mobility and international transfers, retention, employer branding ....
  

Who you are

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you:

• have at least a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment in agency or internally, preferably in experienced financial profiles.

• are an expert in recruitment requirement definition as well as active sourcing (networking), interviewing and core negotiations with candidates.

• have strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate with C-level.

• are persistent and a doer, you are driven by achieving your goals together with your team.

• are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

• push your innovative thinking to come up with new ideas and reinvent the way we work.

• have experience with LinkedIn. Experience with Workday, PowerBi and Alteryx is a plus.
