La Lorraine Bakery Group is offering you a 3 months internship within our Global HR team.
Your role:
You will support our Global Talent & Organization Development Director in the global roll out of our Walk & Talk Values program, our yearly employee pulse check and other learning initiatives. You will work closely with the HR teams in the countries (Belgium, Czech Republic, Middle East, Poland, Romania, Turkey). You will be based in Ninove with the possibility to also work from home.
What will help to succeed?
- Studies in HRM or Communications
- An affinity with our core Values
- The ability to take initiatives, to organize your time effectively, to communicate orally and in writing and collaborate with different personalities and cultures.
- A knowledge of MS office tools (Teams-Powerpoint-Excel)
