Job Requirements

Team Leader Documentation Export
  • Leading a Documentation Team of 10 FTE, reporting the Manager Of Operations
  • Daily review of workload planning
  • Daily monitoring of backlog report, and determine priorities
  • Management of KPI performance
  • Focal contact for escalations
  • Work with the shipper on structural issues, and strive for process improvement
  • Coordinate the outsourcing to EPIM of certain tasks
  • Manage the implementation of futures scope of work:
    • Documentation for shipping sithes which are not yet in scope today
    • Documentation for airfreight (not booked by BDP)
    • L/C screening process
  • Handle complex documentation processes
  • Follow up on changes in international documentation requirements (e.g. Egypt CargoX filing), and implement the required changes in the process
  • Maintain contact with key stakeholders, e.g. the Chamber Of Commerce
  • Maintain SOP’s
  • Coordinate with BDP’s service centers
  • Manage implementation of new scope of work
