Your Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

supervise and manage a team of lease professionals to ensure efficient workflow/ support to the sales team and improving customer experience.
foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, learning and accountability
identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities
monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high standards of output

Operational/Sales Process Management

oversee daily operations (=sales support process) ensuring alignment and compliance with organizational goals and standards: you analyze and oversee the proper execution of the operations to be carried out, the procedures to be respected and the deadlines set for correct processing.
develop and update standard operating procedures for the sales support tasks
facilitate a good coordination and collaboration with the Sales team to understand their needs and provide necessary support

Process Optimization

identify and define needs for improvement of working procedures and lead initiatives to optimize sales support and service quality (= reshape the future of sales support)
encourage team members to provide input on process changes and foster an environment of continuous improvement
collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with business objectives
