仕事内容

Functieomschrijving
Je zorgt voor technische specificaties, handleidingen en documentatie : nl. technische input voor marketingbrochures, website, publiciteit, enz.
Certificering : je organiseert de praktische aspecten van product- en applicatie gerelateerde testen, je coördineert het product & systeem nationaal certificatieproces, waar nodig ook deelname in commissies
Je houdt je kennis up to date en geeft deze door op specifieke expertisegebieden zoals bouwtechnieken, duurzaamheid/circulariteit, brandveiligheid, renovatiestrategie van de overheid, ...
Je geeft technische opleiding en producttrainingen aan interne en externe (ter ondersteuning van de verkoop) stakeholders.
Klachtenopvolging : je geeft ondersteuning aan het salesteam. Je zorgt voor de technische analyse in geval van product- of applicatie gerelateerde klachten. Feedback naar de productie- en kwaliteitsafdeling.
Technisch onderzoek en analyse van concurrerende producten op de markt
Bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten lever je technische input over producten, systemen en of deze compliant zijn
Je neemt actief deel aan business line projecten specifiek voor de Belgische markt: BIM, duurzaamheid, circulariteit, afschot isolatie, Fibre Bonded Foam, vacuüm isolatie

Profiel
Je hebt een Master in engineering (Industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde) of Master in Architectuur. Ervaring in de bouwsector is niet noodzakelijk maar wel meegenomen.
Technische kennis/deskundigheid: Autocad, Revit.
Rekentools/software : CRA, EPB, U-waarde
Je kan autonoom werken.
Je werkt oplossingsgericht en bent analytisch sterk.
Je bent een echte teamplayer.
Je bent communicatief en leert graag nieuwe zaken bij.
Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Engels en Frans
