Missions

Your responsibilities:

• Participate to the project solution identification and identify the best fit solution for the customer You will help the sales to create the SOW (Scope of Work) by giving all project-related items in terms of resources, costs, work duration, etc.
• Create the technical team planning (High and low level) and make the daily follow-up to ensure delivery of the project on time and on budget, as well as visibility for the customer
• Create the project structure (communication flow, governance, business case, and all documents related to project management)
• Perform risks assessment, performance measurement and able to adjust and apply countermeasures when necessary
• Coordinate the technical and customer teams and act as POC for both teams
• Responsible of the project closure by performing the necessary UAT and obtaining the final customer sign-off

Your profile:

• You have 2 years minimum as Manager/Project Manager/coordinator in IT-related activities
• You have 5 years minimum experience in an IT service company (a good understanding in at least 1 of these fields: Infrastructure, Cloud, Network or Security is required)
• You have an IT background and can understand the tasks performed by technical teams, the requirements and workflow.
• You have experience in reporting and exchanging with executives
• You are comfortable being the POC for communication and customer
• You have a good understanding of the business, managing P&L, etc.
• You have experience in working for large multicultural international environments
• You have a professional level of English. French and/or Dutch and/or Japanese are an asset
• You are familiar with Japanese business culture and language is a plus.
• You have natural leadership to keep a frame to meeting, workshops, etc.
• You are customer and solutions-driven (sales mindset)
• You are a team player
