For our client region Waasland, distributor in equipment for water analysis, we are looking for a Technical Sales Field Representative (Brussels/Wallonia region) for a permanent position.

Tasks

  • After training on the product range, you will be further guided by an experienced sales mgr in the field to introduce the products to new and existing customers.
  • You visit new customers and maintain contacts with existing customers.
  • You listen to their needs, give advice and negotiate with existing and new customers.
  • You supervise and follow up demos of equipment with customers.
  • You help draw up quotations to obtain a sale.
  • You visit fairs, participate in seminars or webinars.
  • You meet your colleagues (2 days per month) at the office for team meetings, new product launches, administrative tasks, team building, etc.
  • You report to the Sales Director

Profile

  • You have a bachelor degree in (bio) chemistry or you have relevant experience in a similar sales position.
  • You have a commercial attitude and communicative.
  • You have affinity with chemistry or laboratory equipment, allowing you to advise customers technically and commercially.
  • You can organize yourself well and are fluent with IT applications.
  • You speak and write French and English fluently and have a good knowledge of Dutch.
