Full time | Belgium-based | Tech instincts with a feel for video
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for smart devices and hands-on support? Join the Moose Herd and help bring next-level milk foaming to cafés and coffee bars across the globe with Perfect Moose, the smart milk foamer for baristas.
What’s on your tech support plate
You’ll be the technical point of contact for international partners, offering remote support, training, and troubleshooting. You’ll create support videos, manage a ticketing system, and contribute to testing and product improvement.
What are your skills
Ideally, you have an A2/A3 diploma in a technical field or sufficient technical experience/feel. You’re always eager to learn and want to fully master all technical aspects.
It’s great if you have experience with video production. If not, but you’re enthusiastic about learning, that’s just as good.
Experience with a ticketing system or handling warranty claims is a plus.
What’s in your lovely nature
You are patient and can express yourself clearly in English, which will mainly be the working language. You’re comfortable working with people from all nationalities and enjoy building long-term trust-based relationships.
You take initiative and enjoy working on improvements. You value feedback and like to relay it to our R&D department. You want to work in the coolest place ever.
