This role is inside IR35 for UK applicants!

We are looking for a Test Lead to join the Testing Team to conduct the testing of business, functional, non functional and technical requirements on various projects.

Your main tasks

  • To Prepare, maintain and guard the high level testing and launch strategy
  • Test Preparation following the PLC methodology of the group.
  • Prepare test planning
  • Optimize the test approach
  • Define roles and responsibilities in the project for testing and launching aspects
  • Prepare the budget for testing and provide it to the project leader.
  • Day to day resource management, including off-shore resources
  • Making sure the testing methodology is followed in a pragmatic manner.
  • Defect management including triage and prioritization
  • Reviewing the Test requirements and test cases,
  • Following the test progress based on the test planning
  • Reporting the testing status to Project leader and Test Manager and to other stake holder in the projects.
  • Resolve project issues in cooperation with the Project Leader
  • Manage relationship with other stakeholders (business, Corporate technology, commercial)
  • Writes up test summary report and discuss the results with other team

You have

  • At least 8 years experience working with Testing
  • Strong analytical mind-set with the ability to extract relevant information from documentation, system data, clients and colleagues and analyse the gathered information
  • Experience with offshoring
  • An ISTQB certificate is an asset
