Mölnlycke is now looking for a Transport Development Optimization Coordinator!

Working in a transformational environment is an opportunity to think on your feet. You’ll have to ensure high quality data analysis and technical support for transportation and warehouse related activities. Providing internal/external customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Securing efficient structured EDI setup for logistics partnerships that are enhanced over time supporting end to end supply chain activities.

You’ll make a significant contribution as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) managing the following Key Responsabilities :

• To be Subject Matter Expert (SME) for setup of logistics related activities when it comes to country specifics, IT and system settings, lead times, delivery terms and service codes quality requirements, data calibration etc.
• Using TMS to monitor flows from manufacturing site into European DC’s and final mile deliveries to customers, and to act on deviations finding proper solutions ensuring correct priorities and service level. Ensure costs for detention/demurrage are limited or avoided.
• To provide business reports and ensure adequate communication towards CT Transport Coordinators/EMEA Warehouse Ops/GCC/GLS/markets/SCP/QA Team/ Controlling Team and logistics partners
• To provide Logistics KPI’s, analysis and follow up with proposed corrective actions
• To follow up complaints towards logistics partners and ensure contractual levels are achieved and stretched even further
• To provide logistics provider customer specific performance information used in local markets
• To participate in and coordinate specific projects, rollouts linked to Logistics
• To stimulate own knowledge base and improve learnings
• To find continuous improvements through lean methodology (such as A3) that generates increased quality, decreased cost, saves time or improves service

You will report to the Global Transport Operations Manager.

Competencies and Experience

• Ability to adapt to constraints imposed by operations (deadlines, urgencies, etc.)
• Service minded with experience in analytical dashboard reporting and design ideally with Power BI or Tableau software packages
• Logistic Operations and Operational excellence
• Practical experience within logistics (including inbound, outbound, warehousing, transport & 3PL) or Bachelor degree.
• Fluent in English and French
• IT knowledge: SAP / ERP application, Microsoft Office, TMS and Power BI advanced
• Documented customer oriented approach
• Exposure of international environment
• Analytical and monitoring skill set is required
