Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.  

It is anticipated that, following the conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Job Description

The Treasury Operations Senior Analyst, Belgium reports directly to the Treasury Operations Manager Belgium and is responsible for assisting with all Belgium Treasury operations processes of New Consumer Health Company (NCHC). This includes supporting all activities related to the execution and continuous improvement of treasury operations related to the Global Payment Factory activities.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide support and management to operate NCHC’s Global Payment Factory
• Support the management of daily management of the reconciliation of bank accounting transaction activities
• Execute timely and accurate processing of payments and adhere to payment cut-off times
• Assist with the standup of new business processes related to new product offerings and enhancements
• Assist with execution of cross-border supplier payments, in-country supplier payments, and T&E settlements
• Assist with the SWIFT bank connectivity infrastructure and daily management of the processes
• Validate acknowledgments from various providers and timely follow-up where needed
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes for management
• Support analysis that is required to adhere and comply with regulations for payment programs, and assists to drive recommendations
  

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
• Strong analytic skills – Ability to standardize varying data processes/inputs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
• Strong capabilities in MS Excel
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals
• Fluent in English at minimum  
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of cash management, accounting, finance, tax, and banking relationships  
• Experience in Treasury Operations or General Finance
• Experience in Treasury Management Systems
