As a European Trucking Coordinator Airfreight you will ensure that airfreight shipments from DHL Global Forwarding landed in Liege Airport are loaded as quickly as possible on trucks to end customers and/or DHL warehouses and will keep the relevant offices informed of the progress of these shipments.

Your Key Tasks Involve
  • planning of international trucks from Liège airport to various European cities
  • administrative processing of trucks (in Cargowise, in xls)
  • follow up on shipment information via email with foreign offices
  • coordination with local companies at Liège airport (handling agents, airlines, customs offices), both by email and telephone. Sometimes face-to-face contact with handling agent if necessary.


Profiel
  • You have experience and/or knowledge in roadfreight, airfreight or customs
  • Experience at Liège airport is a plus
  • Your are fluent in English and French
  • You can work autonomously and stress resitant
  • You are communicative and flexible (no 9 to 5 job)


Aanbod
  • Fulltime permanent contract
  • Schedule: day shift wednesday - sunday
  • Working from home possible sat-sun
