We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Change & Monitoring team in Brussels for a portfolio migration project.

Role: UAT Business Tester

Location: Brussels (Onsite several days per week)

Duration: Long-term

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans for life insurance projects
  • Track defects and report testing progress
  • Validate end solutions with users and ensure process documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Business, and Distribution

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Knowledge of life insurance and testing methodologies (eg, ISTQB)
  • University degree with at least 1 year of experience in life insurance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
