THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a UX Designer to strengthen their existing team.

As a UX designer, you will join a team which plays a crucial role in implementing a customer-centric approach for both our online and land-based casinos. This passionate team is at the heart of the company’s strategy and is looking for a motivated and experienced person to join this department and help improve the quality of our projects and speed up the operation process.

Are you passionate about UI? Are you comfortable using low fidelity wireframes as well as sophisticated interfaces? Are you able to support teams during the research and testing phases to find the best possible solution? Did you answer yes to all of the above? Join us!

YOUR ROLE

• Conceptualizing different ideas and projects through successful flows, wireframes and designs
• Outlining the information architecture and navigation logic for our sites and applications
• Organizing user testing in collaboration with the UX Architects and analyzing the feedback
• Maintaining and improving our B2C products’ design systems
• Delivering the graphic assets necessary for various product teams
• Coming up with ways to continually improve based on new trends and/or study results
• Working in close collaboration with the UX Architects, Scrum and Marketing teams to ensure high quality deliverables
• Coming up with new, high-added-value ideas for customers and the company
• Leading workshops on subjects such as card sorting, design thinking and journey mapping with customers and/or stakeholders
  

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years experience as a UI/UX/Interactive Designer or a similar role
• Mastery of design sprint and design thinking processes
• Keen sense of design and strong graphic ability
• Proficient in Sketch, Overflow, Invision and other reference solutions in wireframing and prototyping
• Experience working with Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work with both Mac and Windows
• B2 level of English; C2 level of French
