Job Description

As UI/UX Lead within the Radix team, you will have the key responsibility of investigating what the users of our customers want, translating this in product needs and be the overall connection between business and technology.

We want to make sure the users get the attention they deserve by gathering feedback from all sources and prioritizing the roadmap accordingly.

Your main responsibility will be to gather customer feedback, research features and feature requests and turn them into actionable descriptions for the development team.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Obtain, research, and prioritize product feedback

• Obtain insights by using qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Create prototypes and execute user interviews and prototype testing

• Translate requests into actionable designs and feature descriptions

• Product management process

• You are the subject matter expert for the entire team

• Collaborate with the rest of the team, in order to understand and translate the product and business requirements.

Requirements

• You have at least 2+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role.

• You have experience in building a product from the ground up and have experience in setting up a product strategy and expansion strategy.

• You have experience in exploring, describing and testing new features.

• You know how to prioritize and use this to create and follow-up the product roadmap with business and development leads.

• You have plenty of experience in conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative) and know which methods to choose according to the problem to be solved.

• You have experience in preparing and executing user and prototype tests. You know why these tests are core to let the product grow.

• You have knowledge about best UX practices related to mobile and web applications.

• You are able to create design solutions at a quick pace.

• You can quickly build small prototypes (Sketch + InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, or any other of your preference) where you focus on finding the optimal solution for a problem.
