Job Description

  • Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
  • Ensure that our customers receive the best possible service during their stay
  • Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.
  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Promptly respond to the guest with any additional request.
  • Prepare and set up catering areas in the hotel
  • Prepare and set up seminar rooms
  • Ensure cleanliness
  • Apply hygiene instructions when handling food and setting tables

Qualifications

  • You have a sense of service
  • You are ability to work as part of a team
  • You have an eye for detail
  • Are polyvalent
  • You have a warm and caring personality
  • You have the ability to analyze customer needs and maintain a professional posture in all circumstances
  • You have a good interpersonal communication and conflict management skills
