We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee warehouse operations and data quality at our site near Brussels Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods, as well as inventory management.
  • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, in compliance with company policies and procedures, and with a focus on quality.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all inventory transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and implement best practices for safe and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, monitor warehouse performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor data quality with regards to warehouse activities, and ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve data quality and accuracy, and ensure that all warehouse staff are trained and aware of data quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including logistics, customer service, and sales, to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, with experience in data quality management preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other related software.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of Dutch and/or French a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all warehouse activities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet business needs.
