About the role

As a member of the Wellbeing team, you will be responsible for exceeding member expectations on a day-to-day basis, whilst ensuring the Wellbeing areas are running effectively and activities are promoted.

As an Aspria Wellbeing Advisor you are passionate about Wellbeing/Fitness, flexible and willing to go the extra mile. In addition to that you will stand out because of your knowledge and enthusiasm about Wellbeing/Fitness and your ability to motivate and inspire people to reach their goals.

Responsibilities

• Full supervision of the Wellbeing area, including the collective class studios in order to provide a safe environment in which members can exercise.
• A major part of a Wellbeing Advisor’s role is to “be there” keep members’ company, correct contradicted exercise techniques, answer any questions and offer professional advice.
• Carry out Discovery Workouts, including Health Questionnaire, program prescriptions and follow-ups.
• Sound understanding of Club activities and events and promotions.
• To maintain cleanliness of the Wellbeing area, collective class studio’s and of the equipment to ensure the good functioning of all equipment.

What we want from you

• Diploma/degree or master in a sport related field.
• At least 1 year in a fitness environment
• Fluent in French, English – Dutch is an asset
• Excellent presentation and outgoing personality
• A team player
• High energy level
• Customer Service oriented
• To be ambitious, dynamic, proactive and autonomous
• To have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
