RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the team to manage and deliver a spectrum of work (online, offline, activation, social media projects), from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning.
• Brief the creative team and coordinate workflow with the traffic manager and media team.
• Ensure alignment of all aspects of a project and meet deadlines.
• Work independently as well as coordinate project delivery with client and agency teams

PROFILE

• Studies in Marketing, Advertising, Languages, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience, any internship experience in an agency is highly appreciated.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and a great grasp of English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair
• Curious & resilient
• Multi-tasker & detail-orientated
