Position Summary

Are you a curious and resourceful digital native with an analytical mind, interested in the ‘behind the scenes’ of Digital marketing?

Then this could be your next challenge! Within our ebusiness team, you will contribute to the development and execution of the digital strategy of Nestlé brands and Nestlé corporate brand to support brand building, Nestle corporate equity and business growth. Your mission will be to manage our corporate websites, implement the content and search strategy and operate our analytics and audience management tools.

A day in the life of a Junior Digital Media Specialist
  • Nestle corporate websites day-to-day management:
Responsible for Nestle corporate websites (Nestle.be and Made with Nestlé): you will manage content and updates planning, coordinating different stakeholders to create and translate content and update the websites.
  • SEO and Voice search acceleration:
You will support our corporate and our consumer brands in accelerating their Organic Search strategy implementation to reach our share of voice goals: SEO tools setup, definition of keywords, briefing to agencies…. You will monitor progress and KPIs, giving valuable insights on the progress.
  • Tools and Analytics: You will be responsible for the correct use of different digital tools, in collaboration with our IT team, such as GA4, Brightedge, Google Search Console, Sprinklr… You will run analyses, sharing insights on web traffic, media effectiveness, social listening, audiences, behaviors, and SEO.
  • Audience management:
You will build and update relevant audiences for digital media campaigns and share them with media agency tools where appropriate. You will contribute to define the audience strategies for our different consumer brands.

What Will Make You Successful
  • You have a 1st experience in web analytics (reporting and insights) and/or managing websites and content.
  • Curious, resourceful and Do it Yourself attitude, interested also in the technical and analytical side of digital marketing. Able to learn things fast and by yourself.
  • Analytical mind, insightful, you can draw connections and you naturally delve deeper to understand the reason of KPI evolution.
  • Mentally agile as you will need to manage different topics, vendors and tools without losing focus.
  • Team player
  • Fr or NL native with good command of the other language
  • Very good English.
