We are currently looking for a Junior Specialist intern for Nescafé Dolce Gusto division.

We need a Junior Specialist in CRM and Digital Engagement by implementing the Engagement Strategy on different on- and offline touchpoints.

A day in the life of a Junior Specialist Intern

  • Creation NDG website page content (e-content machines, capsules, promotions, other pages on sustainability...)
  • CRM / Datamanagement: promoplan (machines & capsules) + volume setting, monthly newsletter, special programs, data collection, offline activation
  • Align with consumer service/CES, keep them up to date, propose improvements of our service. Keep an eye on community management and CES reports.
  • Social media, Display/Retargetting Banners, Google (SEO, SEA, Google shopping) or other digital tools: content creation, implementation & follow up

What will make you successful

  • Experience in marketing is recommended
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in Marketing)
  • Good knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, SEA and Social Media channels
  • Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics
  • Preferably bilingual (FR/NL), fluent in English
  • Communicative strong, creative and detail oriented
