As a Learning & Talent Strategist working within Corporate Functions & Human Resources you will find young and passionate colleagues with whom you directly collaborate. Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across the employee experience to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
You help drive innovative projects to answer complex requests of our internal business leads. With this you will be enabled to develop your market knowledge, advising skills and Human Resource knowledge. Within our HR team it will be your job to stay the front runner as data driven HR organization by:
Partnering with key leaders to execute on our Talent and Learning commitments and support strategic business imperatives
Building and maintain collaborative relationships with HR, the Corporate Functions ecosystem and business leadership, and be seen as a key advisor for all Talent and Learning items
Shape Talent and Learning investments and talent programs to address the diverse needs of our business and people
Focus on performance culture and employee experience to become an employer of choice
Proactively respond to business challenges and work independently on deliverables
Contribute to the Gallia and Benelux Learning and Talent team to build engagement and effect culture change
Completed Master studies related to HR
Fluency in English, Dutch or French might be a plus
A passion for Talent and Learning, the capacity to apply it at speed and scale
Track record as a human centered, insight driven and curious problem solver
Organization sensitivity
A love for change and the ability to pivot to new spaces at speed
