The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cutting-edge product and industry knowledge within the dynamic fields of aerospace, robotics, and advanced machine building. You will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that drives innovation and accelerates operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of complex electromechanical and mechatronic systems, with emphasis on aerospace and robotic applications.
  • Suggest and implement methods to improve operational efficiency across machine-building processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to bring innovative designs from concept to reality.
  • Support product testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply mechanical/electrical designs, schematics, and system documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to tackle challenges in robotics and aerospace machine design.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced engineering environment.
  • A passion for advancing robotics, aerospace systems, and high-performance machinery.
