For a large group, active in the healthcare sector, we are searching a motivated and eager to learn Junior Operations Controller. You will work in the office in Evere, and you will be part of a team of 3. You will be involved in all matters reporting, analyses and controlling, and you report to the CFO.

Tasks of the Junior Operations Controller:



  • You coordinate the analysis of results: sales analyses, cost analyses, impact on results, …
  • You ensure correct reporting to the group
  • You establish accurate business reports regarding trends, predictions, company growth, …
  • You compare sales and profit projections against the actual figures
  • You ensure correct strategic planning, and that this strategic planning is followed by the business (performance targets are met, consistency within the business,…)
  • You continuously review and refine the budgets, keep an eye on investments, monitor the decision making on this part
  • You try to improve the reporting system, deliver necessary data on a timely manner, make sure it is compliant with the EU Control Model
  • You monitor internal control objectives and actions

Ideal profile:



  • You hold a master’s degree in economics or finance
  • You have a first experience in a similar function (audit, controlling…)
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have an analytical mindset; you are communicative and you can prioritize and organize
  • You can work in a team as well as independently
  • You are good in project management
