For a strong and Dynamic start up in Brussels, we are looking for the next Sales Agronomist, to help develop the already spectacular growth of this company. Our client is highly specialised in the field of Bio Stimulants and has already made consequent progress on expanding to the Latin America and Southern European markets. You can be part of that continuous growth.
This is a mainly French speaking company so we are targeting English and French speakers essentially. As we are working on developing also the Latin America market as part of the position, additional Spanish fluency is definitely an asset!
Role title: Sales representative
Reports to: Sales Director
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Belgium (Brussels)
Key Missions
  • Daily sales activities (incl. sales forecasts, CRM update, ...)
  • Close follow-up on clients, link with external sales consultants, and maintain close relationship with actual prospects.
  • Assist on all technical queries regarding the products.
  • Identify (new) customer needs (applications, formulations, etc.).
  • Develop and provide market intelligence input (analyze demand, customs data, update CRM)
  • Plan and organise clients meeting (face to face and/or phone/video calls)
  • Support Sales Team Leader in budgeting/ price approaches/ allocation input
Your profile
  • 1 to 2 years experience in the agrochemical/Biologics sector.
  • Agronomy studying background
  • French + English fluent, Spanish an asset
  • Willingness to get on the fields and to visit farms and clients. Frequent travels in Latin and Central America are expected.
  • Experience in sales with deep understanding of agrochemical/ farming sector.
