As a Junior Sales, you’ll be learning directly from the founders to learn the ropes of selling a ground-breaking cybersecurity software globally. You’ll represent XFA at exciting industry events across Europe to support our growth.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about people, curious about technology, and driven by results. You’ll gain hands-on experience in outbound sales, lead qualification, partnerships and customer success.

This role is a fast-track to becoming a sales leader in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by representing XFA at key industry events and conferences across Europe.
  • Qualify potential clients by doing research and identifying their goals, challenges, and business needs.
  • Follow-up with potential customers to nurture their journey and build meaningful, lasting relationships.
  • Close deals together with the founders and assure customer satisfaction.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, enhance lead generation strategies, and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Keep CRM data organized and up to date, ensuring every interaction, lead, and opportunity is accurately tracked and actionable.

Requirements

  • You have some experience or strong interest in B2B sales.
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • You’re self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic team.
  • You’re curious and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and a strong interest in technology or cybersecurity.
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills, balancing outreach, follow-ups, and event preparation effectively.
  • You’re adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments, ready to pivot and grow as the company scales.
  • You enjoy networking, collaborating, and connecting with people across industries.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (e.g. HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages (e.g., French, German, Dutch) are a plus.
