In order to strengthen its Frontline and Quality Management team, MAINSYS is looking for an IT employee in the banking sector whose main tasks will be to

  • Test the banking applications developed and maintained by us
  • Handle application incidents submitted by our clients within the contractual deadlines agreed between the parties
  • Propose short-term solutions (workarounds) to incidents
  • Analyse the functional impact of incidents and/or bugs on the working of our applications
  • Answer functional questions about our applications
  • Perform a first functional analysis to determine the potential source of bugs encountered and report them to the development teams
Your profile

  • You have between 0 – 3 years of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (mandatory)
  • You have a first experience with SQL.
  • You are interested in the banking world and are willing to increase your expertise.
  • Any prior functional knowledge of the banking world, particularly credits, is an asset.
  • You are self-reliant, able to prioritise your work and manage peaks in workload
  • You have good analytical skills and are able to propose short- and long-term solutions
  • You are rigorous and methodical, and you can understand that testing is a fundamental activity that enables us to deliver quality to our customers
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a basic knowledge of the other language. English is a plus.
  • You communicate in a structured and precise manner, both in writing and orally
  • You hold a valid work permit
