Hilding Anders Belgium, located in Kruisem (between Ghent & Oudenaarde) is part of the Hilding Anders Global Business Service Division which focuses on the Group’s global private label and contract business. Hilding Anders Belgium has a key location for serving central European customers. Offering key account customers, both in private label and independent retailer segment, a wide range of products to serve the low and medium segment of the market with good quality affordable mattresses and bed bases. Hilding Anders Belgium organization has ~170 employees located in Belgium and France.

THE ROLE

The Key Account Manager Contracts Benelux & France is part of the Contract Sales team and is expected to consolidate and further expand the network with existing and new customers in the hotel business as well as the growing sales figures to these customers.

The major duties and responsibilities of Key Account Manager Contracts Benelux & France include:

  • Set-up, implement and control the annual sales plan based on targeted sales.
  • Follow-up of existing clients and consolidate long term contracts with key accounts
  • Monitor and follow up sales results.
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Identify trends in the market, report feedback on competition and provide input on future developments and strategies
  • Follow-up of running orders, together with back office
  • To work closely with Sales organizations in other countries to ensure potential alignment of business activities, taking full advantage of existing resources and potential synergies in sales developments elsewhere within the Group

The position reports to the International Sales Director Hotel.

WHO YOU ARE

We think you have a master’s degree in marketing or economics with at least 3 to 5 years of experience from sales in a B2B context, preferably in an international setting. To succeed in the role, you have broad competence within project sales and project management. Knowledge of the hospitality business is a plus.

Due to the international character of the company, we expect you to be fluent in Dutch, French and English. As a person you are driven, convincing and have the right professional attitude to deal with customers in the hotel business. Result oriented, hands-on, down to earth and a can-do attitude are other preferred competences.
