General Description Of The Mission

The IT department of Infrabel, I-ICT, realizes large SAP projects in many areas such as mobility, big data not to mention all the possibilities that ERP offers.

We have a development and integration team of about 30 experts covering all the technologies used by SAP solutions (Abap OO, UI5, Syclo, PI/PO, FIORI, FPM and WebDynpro, ...).

Scope

Analysis
  • Receive functional specifications related to new projects or evolutionary / corrective maintenance.
  • Understand, analyze and check whether the information concerning the requirements is clear and well specified.
  • Discuss possible variants (advice) with the functionalist in order to propose a documented technical solution that will be optimal both in terms of the final result and its integration into the existing solution
  • Translation of functional specifications into detailed technical specifications for the most common SAP modules (MM, FI, CO, SD, LO, PP, ...)
DEVELOPMENT / INTEGRATION / TESTING / TRANSPORT of the solution to production:
  • Based on a technical analysis, develop or integrate, the proposed solution to meet the needs (all ERP modules), and test this solution (unit tests) :
    • in the ERP suite with an excellent knowledge of the ECC workbench (Abap OO, IDoc, WebDynpro Abap+FPM, Smartform, ADOBE From, Enhancement Framework,...)
    • If possible in UI5 and OData + FIORI integration management with standard and UI5 applications developed in-house
  • Transport this solution in the various environments (DEV, TEST, Quality, ...)
Support
  • Solve complex incidents (expertise)
  • Implement change requests
  • Evolutionary maintenance and corrective maintenance in the various SAP solutions
Documentation
  • Keep documentation up to date
  • Knowledge transfer to the team
