As an Account Manager you act as a trusted advisor to our existing customers. You actively think along with them, trying to identify their needs and meet service-level of agreement. You are an indispensable link in the maintaining of a solid and a long-term relationship with the nanoGrid customers.
What an Account Manager does:
- You are the single point of contact for our customers when it comes to all after sales queries
- You follow up and keep various projects up-to-date, and you monitor them internally
- You team-up with your colleagues from Sales and Engineering so you can provide the best service possible.
- You keep all administration around the Sales department updated in our ERP system
- You draft and review offers
- You prepare presentations and draw up reports
Your talent:
- Minimum professional proficiency in Dutch, English and French is required. Good knowledge of another European language such as German is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator, and you have a great set of interpersonal and commercial skills
- You understand the need & importance of keeping administration up to date in a timely and accurate manner
- You work in a solution-oriented way, reconciling the interests of our customer and those of nanoGrid.
- You place high demands on the quality of your own work and that of others
- You have eye for detail and you work in a structured and organized way
- You are a team player
- You feel closely involved with the subject of energy / environment
- Ideally, you already have a first experience in customer-centric environment
