You will coach, train & guide your team of 4 accountants. The monthly closings will be coordinated by you & you will make sure that we meet all deadlines. You will also work on different projects, integration of new countries to our service centre, direct involvement in yearly external audits,…You Will

• Coordinate and oversee the monthly, quarterly and year end reporting ;
• Coordinate the yearly budgeting process;
• Bring your team to the next level.

• Bachelor or master degree in business administration or similar;
• You have a strong knowledge of general accounting principles;
• You have experience in managing a small team;
• English is our company language, Dutch is a plus
• You are a team player & want to work in an international environment.
