As Ad Marketing Project Manager you’re responsible for operational excellence within the Ad Operations Marketing team which is part of the Trade Marketing & Retail Media department. The job means having a strong focus on ongoing ad projects, operations, optimization and automation of existing processes and future changes across our omnichannel Retail Media business. You will act on Benelux level managing workstreams with tight deadlines and high value output.

You will lead projects from briefing to execution on the shop floor and in the web shop. On a daily base you will collaborate with Category Marketing, Content & Design, Performance Marketing, CRM and Instore Marketing. You are a true ‘spider in the web’ or the center of all activities, which gives you the opportunity to learn from all disciplines within our organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create successful design and implementation of Benelux frameworks and processes for supplier funded campaigns;
  • Engage in projects related to this subject matter and contribute to continues improvement initiatives in the retail media domain;
  • Initiate and lead projects on Benelux level with tight deadlines and high value output;
  • Work closely with external partners, agencies and internal stakeholders across several business domains;
  • Work with the cloud-based platform Husky Marketing Planner, which is a project management and planning tool for marketers (don’t worry, we will teach you how to);
  • Have contact with key users in the Marketing domain for process design and execution;
  • Gather and write functional requirements, analyze need and challenge the solution from a process support standpoint;
  • Make sure appropriate process related documentation is in place and facilitate training and onboarding for key users.

You:

We are looking for an open minded no nonsense team player with high sense for accuracy and excellent projectmanagement and planning skills, fresh from school (Bachelor level) or with one or two years’ of relevant experience. Furthermore you recognize yourself being analytical, proactive and people see you as a structured person.

You’re comfortable with change and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You’re a strong stakeholder manager, able to build professional relationships and your communication skills in Dutch and English are at a good level. You either live in the Netherlands or Belgium.
