How You Will Make An Impact
  • As Badge Administrator you will be responsible for initiating, coordinating, processing, submitting and tracking background checks, airport badges, company badges and parking badges for individuals. You will monitor background investigation processing through e-mail and automated systems.
  • You will enter data into tracking systems, upon initiation of background check requests, and updates as required. As well as you will enter data into tracking systems, upon issuing of airport badges, company badges and parking badges, and updates as required.
  • You are responsible for preparing correspondence and processes as required; using Microsoft Office you will produce correspondence, publications, forms, reports, spreadsheets and presentations (charts, tables, graphs, etc.) as required. You will provide corrective feedback and assistance to individuals completing security documents through both written and verbal communications, as well as feedback of the outcome of the background check investigation.
  • You will assist the security department with administrative tasks and projects.

What You Will Bring
  • You have a secondary school leaving certificate and/or a few years of experience within an administrative & organizational environment
  • You can work with the Microsoft Office (including Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • You have a strong affinity with aviation industry
  • You have excellent planning and organisation skills
  • You have the ability to operate in a changing environment and under time pressure
  • Self-motivated and autonomous worker with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English & French
