BEES Implementation Manager
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE

The BEES Implementation Manager (BIM) is responsible for rethinking and building the future our BEES Ecosystem in Europe. To achieve this, the BIM owns the product visions, gets an in-depth understanding of customer needs, aligns those needs with country stakeholders and global stakeholders, define, and implement migration roadmap, and lead change management throughout the organization.

The role :
  • Partner closely with Product Lead and re-think how to help customer GROW with BEES in Europe
  • Partner closely with Engineering teams on implementing a long lasting and transformative BEES Ecosystem in Europe
  • Partner with Global product and countries commercial teams in defining product strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities
  • Connect with Global and other countries to leverage best practices in implementing BEES products suite
  • Review and implement Global guidelines to digitize and monetize our business in Europe
  • Work closely with other products team to create a comprehensive and integrated suit of products serving our customers, consumers, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Communicate the overall product vision, roadmaps and resources in a unified manner to secure alignment and approvals
  • Define and monitor product KPIs (usage, adoption, product performance, value creation)
  • Lead change management throughout the organization and set-up the teams for success
  • Map and Influence User Journey through deep knowledge of end users and business processes.
  • For each point of improvement, gather detailed business requirements and draft a new to-be process and to-be customer journey
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally
  • Facilitate adoption and drive NPS through feedback and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for :
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in kicking-off new Projects and Products
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong stakeholders’ management skills
  • Sharp analytical and attention to details
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Relevant experience leading change management across organizations
  • Good knowledge of Commercial and Finance operations
  • Creative thinker with a vision
  • Strong owner that is passionate about selling more beers, selling beers more profitable and enhancing customers’ experience
  • Strong ability to help stakeholders understand and align priorities to the broader goal of the product
  • Leader with great listening skills and able to include diverse opinions within your decision making.
  • Proven team player able to connect and work efficiently with a very diverse group of profiles.
