To strengthen our global multi brand strategy and digital marketing communication, we are looking for a Brand and Digital Communication Manager for the Portable Air Division.



Mission

The Brand and Digital Communication Manager will enhance our global multi brand strategy, making each brand more recognizable, relevant, and exciting to our customers and stakeholders to support the growth globally.

You will be able to lead integrated digital marketing strategy from concept to execution.

You will liaise with media to help our brands gain exposure in international media.

Job description

Multiband communication:

You will act as a ‘brand guardian’ for our four brands and be responsible for maintaining the brands integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications. You will implement the communication to help customers to recognize a credible brand differentiation.

  • Taking brands ownership and define the brand strategy, including working cross functions and regions in the setting of various brand value proposition for the short as well as the long term
  • Translating multi brand strategy into sponsorships, events, go-to-market strategies and merchandise.
  • Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches
  • Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
  • Keeping up to date with market developments and analyzing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies


Digital communication:

You have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing strategy from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, content team and our customer centers globally to

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to understand the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Use the findings from data analytics to guide and support content team, and customer centers on improving campaign quality
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Work with customer centers in planning and executing digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns with a global picture, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience


PR and purpose driven communication:

  • You will deliver an external communications program, including media relations, PR, awards, corporate publications, and events.
  • You will be responsible for proactive and reactive media enquiries, media releases and statements, briefings and building relationships with journalists, media advice and interview support, crisis communications.
  • You will work with the VP Communications in crisis and reputation management, collaborate with agencies and other partners


This position reports to the Vice President of Communication in the Portable Air Division and works in partnership with Marketing, Customer Centers, and other key business departments.

Knowledge and Experience requirements

  • Proven successes and working experience in brand communication and digital marketing
  • Experience in B2B customers buying journey
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Knowledge and experience in planning, managing and delivering press and external communication work programs within a large, complex organization.
  • Experience of managing work programs and projects, and developing briefs, plans and procedures
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with good grammar and literacy
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Educational requirements

Master degree in communication, Marketing or business.
