Your responsibilities:
Budget Control for Cost Centers;
Budget Setting, Monthly Reporting, Forecasting (3 times/year), Alignment with Accounting & Financing Department, window of inquiry on budget booking, etc.
Contractor Management Support;
Documentation (People Resource Request, Work Order, etc.), Preparation of Purchase Request/Purchase Order, Invoicing process for the contractors, Maintaining contractor overview file, etc.
ORACLE Support;
Invoicing/Receiving/Approval for specific supplier business, Purchase Request, Purchase Order including Contractors Management, Maintenance of Supplier Database on initial setup/maintenance of suppliers’ bank account/VAT, Invoicing/Recharge invoicing for licence fee for suppliers, etc.,
and
You will be in charge of the budget management of the pricing team.

Your Profile: - You are fluent in English (TME business language). Any other languages are an asset.
- You have good knowledge/experience of Excel & Data Base Access (Business need Average but VBA knowledge is an asset) as well as PowerPoint.
- You have a bachelor and/or have experience within pricing, sales, marketing or product management role equivalent by experience.
- Fast & eager to learn.
- Customer First Focus.
- You have good analytical skills, ability to detect problems and creative thinking to solve them.
- You enjoy working with the numbers and processing data from several data sources.
- You are highly motivated, strong perseverance and mature person in reasoning & thinking.
- You perform tasks independently following deadline.

We Value Chain (VC) Profit Management take responsibility of Budget Control and Pricing for service parts & accessories.
The role of VC Budget Control is to manage budget setting, progress control and allocation of Sales Expenses, General & Administrative Expenses and Capital Expenditures to various VC projects in a most efficient way to support project managers within VC Division.
The role of VC Pricing is to provide our National Marketing & Sales Companies (NMSCs) a framework within which spare parts & accessories prices are competitively positioned in the market to maximize revenue and profit opportunities for Global Toyota, allowing NMSCs to contribute to customer retention, while ensuring sustainable profit contribution.
