Business Analyst Insurance

Roles & Responsibilities

As a consultant, you will support our Insurance clients and contribute to a wide range of projects by :

• Helping in simplifying their organization through process optimization, product simplification and operational efficiency
• Analyzing the business needs
• Writing the business requirements and functional specifications
• Implementing strategy, designing, building and testing operating models needed to deliver complex transformations with sustainable benefits in a highly regulated environment
• Being involved in digital and agile transformation to improve the customer experience and increase productivity
• Managing successful relationships with key stakeholders at client side
• Using advanced analytics and in-depth knowledge of insurance models and processes

Profile

• You have a Master degree (Economics or Finance)
• You have minimum 8 years of relevant experience within a consultancy company, or similar experience within the Financial Services industry (insurers, banks, asset managers,…)
• A strong experience in the Insurance sector is definitively an additional asset
• Preferable knowledge : underwriting , policy management, proposal acceptance, risk analysis , premium calculation, P&C, everything except car (liability, accidents, building, …) • You have good communication skills
• You have a strong analytical mind with excellent organizational competencies
• You are fluent in English and good knowledge in Dutch and French
• You have a certification(s) like Lean, Prince2, Agile,…
