As a Business Analyst you make an important contribution in multidisciplinary teams. You translate customer requirements, customer expectations and other desired changes into concrete solutions, you analyze and assess processes, you identify possible improvements and you give advice based on your analyses. You will have the opportunity to carry out challenging assignments at various appealing companies in multiple industries and have plenty of room to develop yourself further.

The Business Consulting & Transformation area helps clients in the following domains:

• Taking ownership over digital transformations for our customers with the best guarantee on creating business value, no matter the technological and structural context of our clients
• Business & process transformation: the act of improving an organization’s existing processes to achieve better efficiency, effectiveness and value creation.
• Analysis and redesign of existing business processes departments to reorganize including job roles
• Business, Enterprise & solution architectural expertise
• Organizational Change and Transformation, agnostic of technology, tools and platforms, markets and domains
  

Besides working in High Performance Teams on customer assignments, we position new propositions at clients and crack challenging customer cases.

Your background:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a economics or engineering discipline
• Prior experience as a business analyst in an IT environment
• Strong affinity with IT and strong business accumen to make the brigde between the two
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English
