Business Development Intern (Sept–Dec 2025)

We are Dressr
We combine premium fashion rental with digital innovation. Our team is small, ambitious and growing — and we’re looking for a motivated intern to support our business development and community building.

A bit of context
Dressr works with Belgian and international brands and builds a strong community of women who embrace circular fashion. We are scaling up and looking for someone who enjoys both B2B and B2C relationship building.

Your objectives are to

  • Research and screen potential brand partners.
  • Contact small and mid-sized fashion brands and schedule meetings with the CEO.
  • Support onboarding of new brands.
  • Organize community workshops: from planning and communication to follow-up with participants.
  • Help build awareness of rental fashion through community engagement.


You have this background

  • Student in Business, Marketing, Communication, or similar.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, proactive, and social.
  • Commercial flair and interest in fashion/circular economy.


Internship conditions

  • Available at least 3 days a week, for minimum 2 months.
  • Supported by your school.
  • English and Dutch required.
