A packaging company specialised in injection moulding, in the Limburg area, is looking for a Business Development Manager - Injection Moulding to specifically target the growth of the business through the acquisition of new projects and customers for existing product where appropriate.

Reporting to the Managing Director, some of the main responsibilities of the Business Development Manager - Injection Moulding will include:

• Generating new leads and accounts
• Developing of the B2B segment
• Representing the company at business events etc.
• Building up a trustful long-term lasting client relationships
• Developing solutions and products together with internal stakeholders, f.e. R&D, local tooling, production and the customer which will provide a commercial and technical competitive edge and targeted profitability
• Providing an all-time professional communication and make sure your reports are in line with the company standards
  

The ideal candidate for the position of Business Development Manager - Injection Moulding holds a university degree and a minimum of 5 years working experience in a commercial oriented role in the plastics injection, tooling or product design. Strong technical knowledge in injection moulding Knowledge of the functioning of large businesses in the food and pharmaceutical sector is of an asset.

Readiness to travel in Europe.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Knowledge in German or French will be considered a strong plus.
