POSITION

MISSION:

You will be part of the Clienteling and Communication Team of the Benelux & Nordics region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton retail world in the Brussels based head-office. You will provide operational support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network. You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small but dynamic and multitask team.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Clienteling & Communication Team of Benelux and Nordics.
  • Assist in the organization of Clienteling actions: Events and client experiences coordination.
  • Database Management and Administrative tasks: Reporting, extractions of targeted client lists, management of ICONs.
  • Public Relations and Communication support: Weekly press reviews, update of editorial figures, press trips/events coordination, Social Media Campaigns, monitoring of Media agencies’ activity.


PROFILE

  • YOUR PROFILE:

    • Bachelor or master’s internship. Internship agreement from school required. The internship is only possible with the internship agreement.
    • Strong command of English, knowledge of at least one regional language is an advantage (French or Nordics languages).
    • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Extensive analytical and advanced organizational skills; ownership.
    • Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.
    • Proactive and people oriented.
    • Service minded and a team player.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When: Internship starting in June/July 2022

Length of the Internship:12 months preferable
