At our unique hospitality hub in Ghent, comprising three renowned hotels and a brand-new meeting and event center, we are looking for a driven Cluster Maintenance Manager. In this key role, you will oversee the technical management of all our buildings, ensuring the comfort and safety of guests, staff, and infrastructure. Ready to help build this thriving hub? What does the role entail?

As Cluster Maintenance Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the preventive maintenance and technical operations of the three hotels and the meeting & event center. You will operate on both strategic and operational levels by:

Coordinating and guiding the technical teams across the three hotels
Executing technical interventions related to HVAC, plumbing, electricity, elevators, and other systems
Developing and implementing maintenance and priority plans for each hotel
Liaising with external suppliers for renovations, inspections, and repairs
Managing certifications and safety, environmental, and technical compliance reports
Reporting to hotel managers and advising on investments and improvement projects
Ensuring all facilities function safely, energy-efficiently, and guest-centrically

Who are we looking for?
You hold a technical secondary education (TSO) diploma
You have at least 5 years of experience in a technical role with coordination responsibilities
You are willing to follow training to become a Level 3 Prevention Advisor
You are hands-on and knowledgeable in building management, electricity, HVAC, and plumbing
You have a BA4/BA5 certificate or are willing to obtain one
You communicate fluently in Dutch; English proficiency is a plus
You are available for occasional interventions outside office hours
