As a dynamic force within the IT Architect professional team, you will contribute on several fronts to the further development of IT Architecture and the enrichment of craftsmanship.

Your duties as Coach IT Architecture include:

  • You help drive inspiring training courses that convey the latest insights into IT Architecture. Developing and updating training materials is your expertise, with a focus on practical applicability. Together with the team, you sharpen learning objectives so that every employee can develop into a skilled IT Architect.
  • As a dedicated coach, you are responsible for guiding employees, helping them grow in their professionalism and take on their responsibilities with confidence. You keep track of the progress of various coaching programmes and report regularly, ensuring that the development of each individual is clearly mapped out.
  • You play an essential role in further developing the community functioning within the group of IT Architects. By organising exciting events and stimulating forums, you foster an environment where knowledge sharing and collaboration can thrive.
  • As an IT Architecture Coach, you are actively involved in various initiatives and projects. You work closely with other stakeholders to achieve the set goals and contribute to the continuous growth of IT Architecture within Colruyt Group.

Profile:

  • Knowledge and experience - We are looking for an IT Architect with proven experience, who is ready to use his/her knowledge for the further development of IT Architecture within Colruyt Group.
  • Commmunication- You have excellent communication skills, essential for providing training, coaching employees and engaging with other stakeholders.
  • Mobilise energy - As a coach, you are able to mobilise energy, both in training others and contributing to community functioning.
  • Sharing expertise - Sharing and exchanging expertise is a key role. You contribute to the growth of craftsmanship through active involvement in initiatives and projects.
  • Language skills - You speak flawless Dutch and/or English. This allows you to communicate easily with everyone.
